Purchase JPY 600 worth of set-amount money orders at a nearby post office. Please note that there is an additional fee for each money order.
Enclose the set-amount money order and the Certificate of Set-Amount Money Order Payment, which are attached to each other, with the Application Regarding Personal Information (e.g. Request to Disclose) and other required documents in an envelope, and send them to us by registered mail. Please keep the receipt carefully in case that something happens, such as mail being lost, so you can get a refund.
